 Stonefields Primary SchoolCommercial cleaning at Stonefields School. |  Aspec ConstructionDiocesan School Arts Centre, Newmarket - a State-of-the-art auditorium to accommodate up to 1000 people (seated), foyer and gallery for community gatherings, 25 purpose-built performance and lecture rooms, and acoustic soundproof rehearsal spaces.  DOMINION - Formosa GolfThe resort is undergoing extensive renovations to the field and facilities and is scheduled to reopen as Rydges Formosa Golf Resort in late November 2020. - Current project |  BROSNAN - Princes Street10 Princes St began life as the Otahuhu Courthouse before being repurposed into apartments in 2004. Over the years, the building had suffered multiple cracks to the cladding and was in a state of disrepair, leading to Brosnan’s engagement. - Current project |  KALMAR CONSTRUCTION - 39-45 Atkinson Avenue, Otahuhu83, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments across three buildings. On-site parking and playground as well as common and service areas.  Current project |  SOUTHBASEEleven Paora is building five levels that include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments plus a multi-room penthouse.
